Hydro°Coach® allows you to adopt original postures to tone your muscles, reshape and slim down or strengthen your cardiovascular system.

This aquagym equipment can be used for different types of exercise: weight training, cardio fitness, stretching, aquatic dance and breathing. Its versatility also makes it a real innovation in the field of aquatic activities. This innovation has given rise to a new aquatic activity called Hydrogym.

The Hydro°Coach® has an inner chamber and 2 side openings, allowing the user to adapt the resistance and buoyancy to suit the exercise required.

The water level is indicated by markers on each side window of the appliance.

Air and water are filled by tilting the Hydro°Coach® forwards or backwards.

Emptying and filling can be carried out by simply tilting during the exercise to adjust the balance of the 2 floats.
